11.09.14 Dear all. 
I have set the date for the AGM. It will be at the first meeting in November. 
November 6th 2014. AJ and Ruth are kindly sorting out the venue as the club is being refurbished. It will be somewhere in Godstone. If there is anything you would like to discuss for the centre or indeed for me to take to national AGM later in November please let me know. I will confirm the venue when we have it. 
If there are any volunteers for positions ( no smutty comments) please let me know. 
We need a ride out coordinator, deputy rep, merchandise, web master unless Steve T is happy to add to the website on an ad hoc basis. Thanks for you help so far Steve.  I think accounts is still ok so hopefully Jackie is happy to carry on. 
I hope to see as many of you that can make it. 
 
Don't forget that we have the small show at Godalming Vintage fair. I hope more can make it. Please let me know if you can make it. We may also have some British Legion riders joining us as well.

Hi all,
C14 has been invited to do a small bike display at the Godalming Village fair.  It's being done in conjunction with the princess of Wales royal regiments and benevolent fund that supports the wounded soldiers and their families. The theme of the fair is based around WW1. It's on Saturday 20th September between 11 am and 4 pm. Ther are bands, displays, vintage and non vintage stalls, BBQ and a beer tent and more. I understand that there will also be displays of WW1 vehicles. 
I would like to see if the members would like to put together a small bike display at the fair. ALS I have to work that day, as I have taken the previous Saturday off work to do the BMF tailed show. 
Could I ask you to come back to me as soon as you can to let me know if you are interested. This will help me arrange it it with the members and the organisers.

09.01.14 Dear all,
I hope that everyone had a great Christmas and new year. Now that the festivities are over I would like to ask you all to put on your thinking caps. Both Essex and North London have expressed that they would like to try and arrange some inter centre ride outs. Can I ask you to have a think about any destinations or routes that you may like to do. If you can let me know I will see what we can marry together with the other centres. Be it to a point of interest or even a run to the coast for a bacon buttie or fish and chips! I am sure what ever we would like to do we can manage to meet up with the other centres.
Also with the rally season fast approaching it should be a great summer. It would be great to get a great showing from C 14.
The first rally is in May and is the C7 rally in Tonna. Those who are going be it by camper van, I understand there is no issue with this.
June brings on the C12 rally. July is C16, and any members going by camper van should enquire direct to Solent, as the access for vans is still to be confirmed. Ending the season in the north east at C4 in Southsheilds. There is a limit to the numbers of camper vans that can go to the site, this will be about 5-6 vans in total. I would suggest to book this one as soon as you are able to avoid disappointment.

A note from Kevin.

As stated before, please inform Mr.K & myself of the names and numbers from your Centre/s, regarding attendance at next years International Rally in Germany.

Names prior to the AGM would be good, numbers at the AGM will be fine. You might say one goes with the other, but you may have notes of the approximate numbers without concrete names. 

Those attending on the Thursday before and/or the Sunday after the Rally, should note that “extra” meal monies should be sent to Mr.K by Jan/Feb time, for onward payment up front to the Germans. This will be reiterated by Mr.K & myself at the AGM. (12 Euro’s per day – 2 meals). There will be NO payment on the day for extra meals!!

Payment of the entrance Rally Fee will be a “Pay-On-The-Gate” scenario for ALL overseas visitors…….That’s us!

02.11.13 Hi all.  Rosie and Jim are doing the toy  run again this year (01.12.13). I am going to go along as well. It would be great if anyone else would like to join us. Bikes out of mothballs the week before!

Thank you all for voting me in as the new C14 rep. I hope I can do as good a job as those before me. I am sure that over time I will no doubt call on your help and advice.
As you will be aware the AGM is in November. There are a number of topics that will be discussed. The international rally in Germany is coming up next year. Numbers for
this do need to be confirmed to National by the 24th November. Those thinking of going could you confirm to me before that date
